Questions and Answers to RFP 36C259-24-R-0066, On-site Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services Question 1: I wanted to confirm that the contract is in fact being set aside for veteran contractors? Answer 1: As per Block 10 of the Standard Form (SF)1449; this is an SDOVSB set-aside. Question 2: Do you happen to know what the surgical volume is for the Medical center? Answer 2: Currently averaging 72 cases annually. Question 3: Can you please verify the due date?  Answer 3: As per Amendment 0001 posted on March 13, 2024; proposals are due March 29, 2024, by 4:00 pm, MST. Question 4: Can you provide an estimated number of unscheduled procedures after hours, weekends, and holidays for the past 12 months that utilized Neuromonitoring services? Answer 4: No after hours cases. All cases are scheduled at least one (1) week prior. Question 5: Please provide the historical procedure types by specialty for the past 12 months that utilized Neuromonitoring services after-hours. Answer 5: No cases are performed after hours. All cases are scheduled. Services that use the most IONM are General Surgery (ENDO) and Complex Spine. Question 6: Are we required to provide neuromonitoring services for Trauma Surgery? If so, what specialty services will require IONM services? Answer 6: There are no trauma surgery. Services that use the most IONM are General Surgery (ENDO) and Complex Spine. Question 7: Are we providing remote Neurologists for each surgical case?  Answer 7: No. Note to offerors: Please use the Schedule below to provide price proposal for 72 cases annually.
