- Water Testing at the VAMC Memphis, TN SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside NAICS code: 541380 and size standard is $19M. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and verified in www.sam.gov. Project requirements: This requirement is for a contract to perform water testing for Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, 116 N. Pauline Street, Memphis, Tennessee. New medical testing shall not be introduced without prior recommendation and approval of the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The Contractor shall provide advanced notification of test changes, additions, and deletion one month in advance. Test shipped to Contractor via recommended delivery service and have a 3-day turnaround time after received by Contractor. The Contractor shall fax or email test results to: Hemodialysis Service, Attn: Joseph Green, Fax: (901) 577- 7487, Or by email to: Joseph.Green10@va.gov. All testing shall be performed to the test methods defined in the AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) Standard Manual. Specialty testing shall be performed upon request. The Contractor shall send out Dialysate & Water Endotoxin and Colony Count, Interpretation, and reports. Estimated workload per month is 26 Endotoxin and 26 Colony Count. These estimates are subject to change. Offers will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible. Upon request of the Government, Offeror s shall be able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities, and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service in the volume called for under this contract. Anticipated period of performance: 01 May 2024 through 30 April 2029 plus four (4) one-year options.
