- Could you advise which buildings have structural anchors? In particular, what is the situation at Building 200? Building 200 and 228 have anchor systems. Roof anchors were last certified in May of 2020. Report can be provided to the awardee upon request. Where do we find Attachment A? Can be found under the title elevations that begins on page 8 of the posted solicitation. How many screens and storm windows are present at each building? Not known at this time Who is the incumbent? All window, no facade What are the sizes of the windows on each building? Not known at this time, standard windows in building 1 What is the square footage of the building's perimeter? Not known at this time Are the tie offs on building 200 going to be certified? Not to date Are we cleaning any skylights of canopies over entrances? No canopies or skylights are not included in this contract. Are we cleaning building 12? Yes, all buildings will be included. Building 220 and 217 have screens and storm windows, are we removing these? (Solicitation says no screens on either building) If screens are present, they will need to be removed and replaced. Do you want all the screens cleaned or are we just taking them out and putting them back? Screens do not need to be cleaned, they only need to be removed and replaced.
