- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Trash & Single-Stream Recycling Services, Birch Hill Dam & Tully Lake, Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide and service trash dumpsters and single-stream (mixed) recycling at Tully Lake and Birch Hill Dam, Royalston, MA.� Services are to be provided in accordance with the following scope of work and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million.� ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.�
