Description

This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, Karen Smith: e-mail: karen.smith@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $10,000,000 - $25,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Oakland Inner and Outer harbor channel to -50-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. All material is suitable for disposal at Cullinan upland beneficial reuse site. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 12 March 2024, for Viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about 12 April 2024/1:00 p.m. PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on Sam.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Sam.gov will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information, please click on the Sam.Gov homepage link, Vendor User Guide. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov. When viewing this Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation Notice, you will select, ADD ME TO INTERESTED VENDORS to enter your information. This function Does not, however, allow you to identify yourself as a Prime or Subcontractor. It is recommended that you identify your company in parentheses.
