Update Attachment 1, Paragraph 3.21 PFAS TESTING & TREATMENT - GROUND WATER. Update the Table of Contents to display revised attachment(s). Note to Bidders: The due date for receipt of bids in response to this solicitation remains unchanged, with bids due 26 March 2024 at 10:00 A.M., the ProjNet window for questions will remain open for inquiries until the close of business on 19 March 2024. All other terms and conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged.
