The National Park Service (NPS), Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Ocracoke Island, is issuing combined sol/synopsis to Pressure wash, repair, paint, and caulk exterior of the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center Comfort Station. The Oregon Inlet Fishing Center Comfort Station is located at 98 NC-12 Nags Head, NC 27959 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS 238990, Other Specialty Trade Contractor In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of Performance - 90 days from NTP approx. 9/15/2024 to 4/15/2024 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD. Optional Site Visit: Scheduled for Tuesday March 19, 2024, at 10am on-site.
