Please see the new attachments to this solicitation. - - - - - - - - - This is a FAR 13.5 competition. The contractor shall provide transcription, embossing or microcapsuling, duplication, of printed graphics or digital graphic files, selected by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress (NLS/BPH), to digital tactile files.
