- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24624Q0483, will be issued on or about 21 March 2024. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Anesthesia Carts for the Anesthesia Department.
