All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing via email to vanessa.cantone@va.gov on or before April 1, 2024 by 12:00 P.M. CST. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide Long-Term On-Site Neuromonitoring Services on an as needed basis to Veteran beneficiaries at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VANTHCS), 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. Services shall include Neuromonitoring Equipment and Technicians for an average of 100 cases per year including intraoperative, preoperative, postoperative, and operating room neurophysiologic monitoring procedures. The description of services contained herein does not constitute the complete description of the contractor s anticipated obligations. The intended period of performance shall be for one base year, and four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, and the small business size standard is $10 Million. PSC Code is Q523 Medical Surgical. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Preference will be given to small businesses. The Purpose of Sources Sought Notice The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to seek out interested vendors capable of fulfilling the requirement, and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), or large business, etc.) relative to NACIS 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners ($10 Million size standard). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
