- This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L924R0011, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for Steel Caging to be installed in the Indiana National Guard Armory at the location stated below. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. Requirements: (See attached �Drawing and Specifications and ""W912L9-24-R-00011"" for clauses) Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information. A site visit is planned for 26 March 2024 at 10:00AM (Eastern) at the following location: 2002 S. Holt Rd Indianapolis, IN 46241-4804 The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements, and data prior to biding the project.� Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the vendor. �All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance. Any questions MUST be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email at carl.j.kuhlman.civ@army.mil nlt 29 March 2024 11:00am (Eastern), with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 16 April 2023, 12:00pm (Eastern). All submissions should be sent via email to: carl.j.kuhlman.civ@army.mil. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.� An offeror bears the responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered to the proper location, and that an agency is not required to consider a proposal when it fails to arrive at the designated address by the applicable deadline. Companies should request confirmation of receipt and follow up or consider resubmission (provided that the deadline has not yet passed) if confirmation is not received. �An agency�s silence should not be construed as confirmation that a full proposal was timely submitted. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and be in good standing.
