Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental Inc, 2850 Red Hill Ave STE Santa Ana, California 92705-5541 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� This requirement is for one (1) Monster Wash Press, part number MWP0018 manufactured by JWC Environmental. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.� Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 4:00 PM local time CLNC, 15 April 2024.
