- Questions Due: 15 April 2024 by 10:00 AM (CST) Location to Deliver Questions: Elena Coleman, Contract Specialist, elena.c.coleman@usace.army.mil The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections (MCX CMAC), St. Louis District (MVS) and the Office of Army Cemeteries (OAC) with the forensic disinterment and analysis of Native American children from the Carlisle Barracks Post Cemetery (CBPC) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This contract is for a base year with four ordering periods (a total of five years) and will not exceed $4,000,000. USACE intends to award this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) to a single contractor. Please note the following is required for submission: 1. Technical Proposal (including Past Performance) 2. Annual Hourly Rates (contained in the Solicitation) 3. First Task Order Pricing (BidSheet ? Carlisle 2024)
