The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Q&A from the pre-solicitation posting (previously posted FA701424RXXXX) is attached, the documents were updated as necessary, please review documents for any changes made. IDIQ Ordering Period/Task Order Period of Performance is: Year 1: Apr 22, 2024 To Apr 21, 2025 Year 2: Apr 22, 2025 To Apr 21, 2026 Year 3: Apr 22, 2026 To Apr 21, 2027 Year 4: Apr 22, 2027 To Apr 21, 2028 Year 5: Apr 22, 2028 To Apr 21, 2029 Year 6 Optional: Apr 22, 2029 To Oct 21, 2029 Point of contact: Agatha W. The Government anticipates award of a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials contract type. We anticipate award before 21 April 2024. This requirement will be solicited using commercial Contracting by Negotiation procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.�Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
