- DISCLAIMER THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS FOR THE RELEASE OF THE D3I2 D1 DRFP (INCLUSIVE OF EXHIBITS A-C AND ATTACHMENTS 1-10). THIS NOTICE SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT, INVITATION FOR BIDS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, OR REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (USG) IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. A FORMAL RFP SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, ANY REQUESTS FOR A FORMAL RFP SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. SPECIAL NOTICE � D3I2 DOMAIN 1 DRFP AND EXHIBITS/ATTACHMENTS The D3I2 D1 DRFP has been posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry at https://www.sam.gov. Please note that the USG intends to post the formal RFP solicitation and receive proposals via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module (PIEE SM) only at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to ensure their own access to the PIEE SM is attained and maintained. The following link provides the general steps in gaining access to the PIEE suite: https://piee.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/web/homepage/vendorGettingStartedHelp.xhtml. A pre-solicitation notice will be posted to sam.gov to alert potential offerors when the formal RFP solicitation is forthcoming. Please continue to monitor sam.gov for additional information. However, vendors may access unclassified predecessor requirements through the Electronic Data Access (EDA) application within PIEE. The USG is accepting questions and comments in response to this DRFP. Submit comments or questions no later than (NLT) 1:00 p.m. MST, Monday, April 15, 2024. Any questions submitted after the stated time and date will not be acknowledged. As applicable, responses will be posted to https://www.sam.gov.
