Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch, Fort Cavazos, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source�Contract to Allen's Nutech, Inc. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), for�purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency,�exclusive licensing Agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Provide Radiopharmaceutical� to Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma 73503.. The applicable NAICS�code for this requirement is 325412, and the size standard is 1,300. The Radio-pharmacy distributor must be able to deliver�the required radiopharmaceutical in the required time of 1.5 hours once an�order for radiopharmaceuticals order has been placed. List of� Radiopharmaceutical:� 1. Tc99m Unit Dose 0-5 mCi's 2. Tc99m Unit Dose 5-25 mCi's 3. Tc99m Calibration Source (above 25 mCi's) 4. Tc99m Cardiolite (Sestamibi) 5. Tc99m MDP 6. Tc99m Choletec (Mebrofenin) 7. Kinevac Single Use Vial 8. Tc99m Sulfur Colloid 9. I-123 NAL 200 uCi Sodium Iodide This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement,�which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are�responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse�interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of�this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No�telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed�contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch intends to make a sole source award to Allen's Nutech Inc., 1301Clinic Drive, Tyler, Texas 75701-2120.
