- 1. This is a presolicitation notice to seek potential sources that can provide service to replace pump controls, alarm and 1 sewage pump located at the USCG Academy. Sources are being sought prior to an officially combined synopisis solicitation.� 2. This notice (60100PR240000313) is issued as a Request for Information (RFI). Submit written data/information only. Official Solicitation will require registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. 3. Future Combined synopsis/Solicitation will be commercial and 100% Set Aside for Small Business for to full and open competition.
