- Presolicitation Notice GAOA 4CV Mackinaw CG-Fish Lake Basin Rec Area DM Reduce Project - Phase 2 1240LT24R0004 Project Description: This project includes reconstruction of the Mackinaw Campgrounds (Little Mackinaw, Mackinaw and Mackinaw Extension Campgrounds). The work includes: Removal and disposal of existing campground site furniture, demolition and removal of designated restrooms, and asphalt pulverizing. Constructing new asphalt roads and spurs. Constructing new family units and tent pads; and installing new campground site furniture. Constructing a new group site with pavilion. Installing new precast concrete restrooms. Renovating existing restrooms as designated. Modifying and installing new utilities, including new electrical, sewer and water lines. Quantities associated with these options are identified in the Schedule of Items. Project Location: The project is located in the Fremont Ranger District of the Fishlake National Forest, Sevier County, Utah. GPS Coordinates: 38.531000�, -111.740957�. It is located approximately 42 miles by road Southeast of Richfield, Utah.� From Interstate 70, the project may be accessed via Utah Roads 119, 24 and 25. Contract Time: Estimated start date September 16, 2024 365 Calendar Days The magnitude of proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project drawings will be provided as attachments to the Request for Proposal (RFP). The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through SAM.gov, https://sam.gov/content/home on or within 15-30 days after pre-solicitation notice��Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from SAM.gov.� Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office.� All amendments will be posted on SAM.gov.� Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.� A single award will be made from the solicitation.
