Or equal, or equivalent, alternate, and/or substitute offerings will not meet the government requirements (and these non-brand name offerings cannot be modified or altered to meet government requirements). GE SEER 1000 Multi-Channel Digital (Cardio) Holter Recorders and accessories are already being used in the facility so the purchase of brand name only items are required to match existing equipment and to ensure compatibility, consistency, and uniformity. �This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB�s) who actively appear in SBA VetCert as an SDVOSB.
