- 04 Apr 2024: Amendment 1 to FA301624Q0005 has been posted.�The Government has made a change to solicitation FA301624Q0005 which includes an update to the evaluation criteria stated in Addendum 52.212-2, as well as an update to Appendices A and B. 22 March 24: Questions 1-36 have been posted. Attachment 1-Statement of Work (SOW) Addendum 1 dated 22 March 24 has been posted. Appendix A Wall Locker Specifications (Updated).� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular dated 02/23/2024 and DFARS change notice dated 03/26/2024.
