[PWS] All instances of �customer� changed to the appropriate use of �Government� or �the Government� [PWS] SS-01 edited to incorporate Synopsis/Solicitation language regarding the need for 200 laptops NLT 21 days ARO. [ATTACHMENTS] Responses to clarifying questions have been added in the list of attachments. No other changes have been made** See the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and list of applicable Clauses and Provisions. Please note the two seperate deadlines (one for submission of questions, one for submission of proposals) as well as the need for a specific delivery time (ARO) in the Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award.
