THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This Sources Sought Notice is a means of obtaining feedback from contractors concerning the ability of contractors who can provide armed guards in Tulsa, Oklahoma.� This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind. All business sizes under the applicable NAICS should consider submitting a response to this notice. As permitted by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, this is a market research tool being utilized for informational and planning purposes.� The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this request, so quotes will not be considered. �No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Response is strictly voluntary � it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFQ process that may take place in the future. However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence the acquisition strategy. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:� The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates requiring armed guards for eight hours a day, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays).� The period of performance is expected to be six months from date of award.� Guards must be available starting June 1 and all guards supporting this effort must be Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) licensed.� The company providing the guards must possess a business security license for the state of Oklahoma, and the company must be active in SAM.gov.� The anticipated NAICS for this requirement is 561612 �Security Guards and Patrol Services�; PSC S206 �Housekeeping-Guard.� SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All interested contractors who believe they can meet the requirements described in this Sources Sought Notice are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the support described. All responses shall be submitted via e-mail on or before 5PM Eastern Time (EST), April 15, 2024, to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Karen Oetinger (e-mail: karen.oettinger@occ.treas.gov), and must include the information requested below. Responses must be submitted in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. Late responses will not be accepted. �Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. OCC appreciates your interest and thank you in advance for responding to the Sources Sought Notice. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: A.� Company Profile, to include: Company name and address Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, and potential teaming partners Point of contact (name, title, phone number, and e-mail address); UEI number, as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ Business designation/status (must correlate with SAM registration) under the applicable NAICS: _____ Small business _____ HUBZone _____ WOSB_____ 8(a) _____ VOSB _____ SDVOSB _____ Small Disadvantaged Business _____ Other than Small Business B.� Documentation of company�s ability/experience: Staff expertise, including availability required certifications/licenses to perform guard services in Oklahoma. Current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work, including confirmation that the company meets all required certifications and licenses to perform guard services in Oklahoma. Prior completed projects of similar nature, to include: Brief description of the work performed Project title Dollar value Location, and Customer�s point of contact name, email, and phone number C.� The anticipated NAICS for this requirement is 561612 �Security Guards and Patrol Services�; PSC S206 �Housekeeping-Guard.� If contractors believe a more appropriate NAICS applies to the requirement as detailed herein, include the feedback in your response.
