Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C24724Q0552 � On-Site Diagnostic Medical Physicist Services for Birmingham VAMC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This requirement is solicited as a 100% set-aside to Serivce Disabled Veteran Owned Small Busines s (SDVOSB). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS: 541690� with a size standard of $19M. The FSC/PSC is H965. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 on behalf of Birmingham VAMC (BVAMC) is seeking On-Site Diagnostic Medical Physicist Services to support the BVAMC Radiology Services Department.
