- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers of DSM Products, Inc. brand products for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed price, purchase order to acquire�one-thousand six-hundred and thirty-eight (1,638) Yellow Police Safety Banners with Belt Pouch, and Shipping for the�Tactical Training Unit (TTU), Training Division.
