- The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below: Description of Service:� The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment, labor, and all other services necessary to repair six (6) roofs as identified in this Statement of Work. Attachments: Solicitation - FA449724R0008 Attachment 1 � Statement of Work Rpr Roofs Mult Fac Rev 4 (dated 7 March 2024) Attachment 2 � Bid Schedule Attachment 3 - Evaluation Factors Attachment 4 � Wage Determination Building (dated 22 March 2024) Attachment 5 - FA449724R0008 Provisions� Site Visit� Offerors�or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that�may�affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event�shall�failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a�claim�after contract award. (End of provision) IMPORTANT DATES: Site Visit Information: DATE: 16 April 2024 TIME: 09:00AM (EDT) STARTING LOCATION: Building 266 (Dover Air Force Base Exchange) In order to attend the site visit, attendees shall provide their name and company to the POC�s listed below no later than 3:00PM EDT on 12 April 2024: Interested contractors without base access will meet at the commercial gate off exit 91, 30 minutes prior to the start of the site visit. Driver�s license and proof of insurance is required. Past 8:55AM (EDT), access will not be guaranteed. Questions & Answers:�Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 22�April 2024�no later than 12:00 PM EDT.�The government may�not�accommodate any questions after this date and time. Proposals:�Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 9�May 2024,�no later than 12:00 PM EDT�to the contracting office�by e-mail to all the Government points of contact�listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid for�30 calendar days.
