The Government proposes to acquire, on a 5 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Requirements-type contract, an estimated minimum quantity of 50 each with a total estimated annual demand of 150 each MAIN ROTOR HEAD CONTAINER, NSN: 8145-01-668-3724, Part Number: 1058500 applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system. The estimated Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 1080 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 720 DACA with deliveries to Tracy, California, 95304-5000. This item has an AMRC Code of 2G and is suitable for competitive acquisition for the first time. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.15 set-aside procedures for Women Owned Small Businesses. The Government is interested in Women-Owned small business concerns. Firms that possess the ability and can produce the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
