- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to Lockheed Martin on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in the attached N6660424Q0213 Statement of Work. Please see Attached Sole Source Justification. CLIN 0001 DPS Engineering Services � 1 Job- Period of Performance 01 May 2024 � 30 April 2025 CLIN 0002 Other Direct Costs (ODCs) associated with labor under CLIN 0001 � 1 Job- Period of Performance 01 May 2024 � 30 April 2025 CLIN 0003 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please see the attached solicitation for details.
