- UPDATE (4/11/2024) The purpose of this notice is to inform interested Industry Partners of the status of this contracting opportunity with TSA. Due to the large amount of interest in this solicitation it has taken the Government longer than anticipated to complete the source selection process. Award is anticipated within the next week and formal notices will be issued to all Quoters. The award decision will also be synopsized to sam.gov as well. Due to the sheer number of calls and emails we've received it is not feasible to respond to each inquiry individually. TSA thanks Industry Partners for their continued interest in doing business with our agency and appreciate your patience as we wrap up this process. UPDATE (2/21/2024) Amendment A00005 is hereby issued to provide responses to industry questions and amend the solicitation. UPDATE (2/14/2024) Amendment A00003 is hereby issued to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows: The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended. UPDATE (2/2/2024) Amendment A00002 is hereby issued to incorporate an OPTIONAL site visit and to extend the due date for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows: Potential Quoters and partnering companies that wish to attend a site visit at the TSA Logistics Warehouse (TX?TSALC) located in Coppell, TX are required to RSVP via email by providing the full name of their participant no later than 12:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on February 6, 2024 to TSA Contract Specialist, joshua.fortiz@tsa.dhs.gov and the undersigned at michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov. Potential Quoters and partnering companies may send (1) participant per company to attend the site visit. ? All participants are required to provide a government (Federal or State) issued photo ID upon arrival to order to attend the site visit. The site visit will be scheduled for February 9, 2024 to start at 9:00 AM local time. A representative from TSA will be present to meet at the main entrance at Suite 400, the office located closest to Northpoint/Royal intersection and will escort all participants through our spaces. Participation in the site visit is not required or a prerequisite for Potential Quoters to submit quotations for consideration. The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended.
