- Commander, Navy Region Europe Africa Central (CNREURAFCENT) Chaplains and Religious Program supports religious pluralism and provides for the free exercise of religion, delivers institutional care, counsel, and coaching including non-faith specific counsel by Chaplains which is immediate, confidential, and imbued with professional wisdom and fundamental respect for human beings. CNRUERAFCENT�s Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) program provides personal growth retreats and marriage enrichment retreats on a regular basis throughout the year for Active Duty personnel, dependents, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians. Region Program Director (RPD) for Religious Ministry and the CREDO Director (CD) require administrative support services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy. This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract�s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The contractor assists in coordinating, analyzing data, handling registration, and promoting all CREDO activities and programs. They are knowledgeable about the policies and instructions that guide EURAFCENT CREDO, and understand the religious needs impacting installation Religious Ministry Teams (RMT). Serving as the primary point for participant registration, the contractor designs CREDO ads for distribution to installation RMT and manage social media platforms. Additionally, the contractor supports the CREDO Director (CD) in scheduling and aligning activities, collects and analyzes metrics data, reports on CREDO metrics, and provides advice on activity management.� The contractor analyzes religious ministries data, identifies trends, creates reports, and provides administrative support to the Region Program Director (RPD), Religious Ministries, as directed.
