Description

16 April 2024:� AMENDMENT 0001 - This amendment provides the Government response to questions received as of 16 April 2024, Cancels the Site Visit and updates the Quote Content of the RFQ.� Vendors submitting quotes are required to acknowledge the amendment.� The date and time for quote submission is NOT changed. Scope:� The Contractor shall perform medical testing for employees at Piney Woods Projects. Contractor will�provide an on-site mobile unit that can meet the requirements listed in the PWS and provide the medical surveillance�with minimal disruption of the workers day. Description of Services:�The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,�transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to effectively perform medical testing services as�defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).�The Contractor shall perform to the current existing medical standards.
