Description
Synopsis to Provide Parking Lot Repair for the EPA Ada, OK Facility RFQ 68HERC24Q0105 04/16/2024 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to solicit a Request for Proposals for the repair of the Main parking lot at the main facility of the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center (RSKERC) located at 919 Kerr Research Drive, Ada, Oklahoma 74820. The General Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, hardware, and documentation necessary to complete the project. The set-aside is anticipated to be Total Small Business. The period of performance will be 120 days after issuance of award and Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR 13.500(a), the solicitation is anticipated to utilize simplified acquisition procedures and be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around May 6, 2024. A site visit is anticipated to be scheduled shortly thereafter, with an anticipated closing date for quotations on or around May 17, 2024. The product service code is Z1LZ Maintenance Parking Structures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages with a size standard of $47.0 million. The magnitude of the project is more than $25,000.00. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sources wishing to be considered MUST submit documentation to the office identified above. Documentation must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice.
