- This Request for Proposal is for the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Please be sure to read all attachments. IMPORTANT NOTE: Clicking the link below will NOT bring you directly to the Amendment. You will have to either search for the RFP within the PIEE Solicitation Module or access the link while logged into the PIEE Solicitation Module to find the page that includes the Amendment at the bottom. This is a known issue with the PIEE Solicitation Module.
