BPA Sources Sought Notice THIS IS A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure BPA EMERGENCY GENERATOR SERVICE on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does NOT commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The purpose of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Ordering Procedure is to provide the U.S. Army West Point, West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW) in the requirement for SERVICES in ordering for BPA EMERGENCY GENERATOR against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated NAICS code(s) is: 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. A need is anticipated for the BPA EMERGENCY GENERATOR SERVICE for the Department of Public Works, at West Point, NY. In response to this sources sought, please provide: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM UEI number, CAGE code, and the corresponding NAICS code. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. BPA Requirements: � USMA/DPW has multiple buildings that have required emergency generator service. Preliminary: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and repairs to�manufacturer�s requirements to emergency generators located at the United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY during one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The building names and numbers are listed in the attached PWS. Information to help determine if the requirement for BPA EMERGENCY GENERATOR SERVICE is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. Recommendations to improve the approach/specifications/draft PWS/PRS to acquiring the identified items/services.
