- Description
- The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of 1 x new Mail Van. � The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov at the begining of May 2024. �Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
