- The Dexter-Lawson industrial paper cutter owned by the US goverment located in Rock Island, IL requires an immediate replacement of the Hydraulic Pump to meet mission requirments.� �Only one source could be found to provide this pump and replacment services.� Therefore, a sole sourced contrat was written to provide for this replacement.
