Description

The purpose of amendment #P00003 is as follows: 1. The RFQ is hereby amended to extend the quotation submittal due date to 04/22/2024 by 10:00 AM EST. In addition the RFQ document entitled ""Attachment_2_ComSynop_RFQ_75N91024Q00065 (P00003)""�is amended to reflect this change, as well as correct the end dates for items under Section 3. Note that changes are annotated in red.� 2. The Statement of Work is hereby amended to correct discrepancies in the Period of Performance. See Section 6.0 of the document titled ""Att1-SOW CCR 6-Incucyte-PM (P00003)"".Note that changes are annotated in red. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.� ________________________________________________________________________ This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 (02/23/2024). The North American Industry Classification System code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) which has a business size standard $34.0 Million. One firm-fixed-priced purchase order award is anticipated to be made as a result of this solicitation. ***See attached documents for details****
