- Description
- The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is issuing this solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program for work to restore and stabilize a streambank using rock riprap� along Caves Road in Liberty Township, Jackson County, Ohio.��Contractor is responsible for all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities and incidentals.� In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction. Pursuant to FAR 36.211(b), information regarding USDA�s definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts may be found at Contracting with USDA | USDA (can be found under links). USDA�s procedures that apply to the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts may be found in the USDA Contracting Desk Book, located at Policies & Regulations | USDA (can be found under links), under Parts 436 and 443.
