- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), San Diego, CA hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Manager Tools LLC. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001 Effective Communicator Training Class MFR: Manager Tools LLC P/N: OP-053400.534MISC QTY: 30 attendees max ITEM 0002 Effective Manager Training Class MFR: Manager Tools LLC P/N: OP-053400.534MISC QTY: 30 attendees max Manager Tools LLC, will provide onsite instructor led training: Effective Communicator and Effective Manager Training for the Tactical Systems Integration Division, Code 535, at NIWC Pacific, San Diego, CA. Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will be posted after award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is $15.0M of dollars. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. The notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
