- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ).�Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for a 14 KVH Radomes (Part # 30-0126), and concurrently issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) based on the inital quote.�This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 7 days after synopsis notification. This is a brand name or equal requirement, and any proposal that meets the Schematics shown in the attached Schematics document will be considered.
