- Page 80 of 80 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is soliciting offers for Reverse Pharmaceutical Distribution Services for the St. Louis VA Healthcare System located in Missouri. The Government intends to award an Definite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery, Firm-Fixed Price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 493110 - General Warehousing and Storage, size standard $34.0 million. Based on the market research conducted, no two or more SBA VetCert verified and capable SDVOSBs were identified and appeared capable of providing the requirement. However, the conducted market research did identify two or more small businesses that appeared capable of providing the requirement.
