- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to Remove or Prune Hazardous and Diseased Trees at Prince William Forest Park. The NAICS code(s) for this requirement is 561730 - Landscaping Services with a size standard of $9.5M. The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform the tasks as outlined in the SOW for Prince William Forest Park, on a small business set-aside basis. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: Remove or Prune Hazardous and Diseased Trees at Prince William Forest Park. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award. Refer to Combo 140P2124Q0084 for site visit information and question and amendment information. Questions received after the date notated in Combo 140P2124Q0084 will not be addressed. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this announcement. Quotes shall be returned electronically to michelle_shoshone@nps.gov as specified in this announcement. Phone calls will not be accepted. All communication must be through email. *Amendment 1* The question period is extended until 5pm EST on 17 April 2024. Do not send questions to anyone other than the Contracting Officer. Questions which are not sent to the Contracting Officer by the deadline will not be considered. The new closing date is 5pm EST on 28 April 2024. *Amendment 2* Questions and Answers have been posted with this amendment. Closing date is 5pm EST on 28 April 2024.
