- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY ��This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.�There is no solicitation currently available.�Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.�This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.�All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.�Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.�If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov.�It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. We encourage all small businesses in all socioeconomic categories, including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business, to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources with the technical capability and necessary resources to provide books and educational media required for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC). The provided products must meet the salient characteristics as detailed in the attached spreadsheet. �� REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide new books as listed in the supplemental document. Used is acceptable if the condition is Very Good or better. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required books and educational media, please provide a tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation, and return along with the completed spreadsheet.� INFORMATION SUBMISSION DETAILS Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to Antoinette Coward, Contract Specialist, via email at antoinette.w.coward,civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 10 May 2024 and reference this notice reference number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, cage code, address, primary points of contact (POCs) and their email address, FAX, Web site address, telephone number, and type of ownership for the organization� 2) A statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.), and the corresponding NAICS code. 3) Tailored capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and supply capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver the required products, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. 4) Completed Books and Educational Materials RFI spreadsheet All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
