- This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Pentagon Directorate, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111, awarded contract N0018924PZ225 to the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School in the total firm-fixed price (FFP) amount of $2,880,000.00 on 24 April 2024. The award was made on a competitive best value tradeoff basis in accordance with acquisition procedures at FAR subpart 13.5 and FAR part 12. The contract will provide Strategic Thinking course services to Navy executive officers.
