- � Naval Special Warfare Basic Training Command (NSWBTC) is an Echelon 4 training Command that falls under NSW Center (NSWCEN).� NSWBTC is a Department of the Navy (OPNAV) and Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) approved Class A School where Navy recruits complete assessment, selection and training in order to obtain officer/enlisted Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) and Special Warfare Combatant Crewman (SWCC) Officer and Enlisted Warfare Designation. The purpose of this action is to�procure pool covers, and associated storage reels, in order reduce heat loss and water evaporation in the assistance with temperature regulation.� The candidates spend long durations within the CTT and the temperature, ability to maintain heated temperature levels is a critical safety and risk mitigation aspect to the candidate�s ability to perform required tasks physically and cognitively during water evolutions.� Amendment 0001: The solicitation is being amended to specific that NSW requires blue ""only"" pool covers. In addition, NSW requires a 1 year warranty on all equipment.�
