- DISCLAIMER THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS TO POST USG ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS POSED BY INDUSTRY IN RESPONSE TO RELEASE OF THE D3I2 D1 DRFP PUBLISHED APRIL 2, 2024. THIS NOTICE SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT, INVITATION FOR BIDS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP), OR REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THE USG IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. A FORMAL RFP SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, ANY REQUESTS FOR A FORMAL RFP SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. SPECIAL NOTICE � D3I2 D1 DRFP Q&A POSTING AND RFP INFORMATION Industry questions in response to the D3I2 D1 DRFP and corresponding USG answers are attached to this special notice. The Government responses to industry questions should not be considered a guarantee of the Government's course of action in proceeding with the acquisition. The information provided reflects current Government intentions of how the acquisition will be carried out and is subject to change based on a variety of circumstances. The final, formal solicitation is the only document that is relied upon in determining the Government's requirement. � Attachment 01 - D3I2 D1 DRFP Q&As� Please note that the USG anticipates releasing the D3I2 Domain 1 Formal RFP/Solicitation on or about September 9, 2024; however, subject to internal review processes, the USG may release the D3I2 Domain 1 Formal RFP/Solicitation before or after this date. (And note that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.203(a) a pre-solicitation notice will be published at least 15 calendar days before issuance of the formal RFP). Please continue to monitor the GPE for additional information. As previously advised, please note that the USG intends to post the formal RFP solicitation and receive proposals via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module (PIEE SM) only at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to ensure their own access to the PIEE SM.
