- This is a non-personal services contract to provide 3M (Maintenance and Material Management)�Technician Maintenance and User Operational Support Services to units under Commander, Naval Construction�Group Two (NCG2). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service�providers performing the services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who,�in turn is responsible to the Government. NCG2 has a requirement for 3M Command Communications Computers and�Intelligence (C4I) Maintenance Technicians to support the systems and supporting equipment identified herein,whose functions will include user operational work, 3M subject matter expert consultation, help desk support, and�limited user instruction for: a. Four (4) Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCB) b. Two (2) Regiments c. One (1) Underwater Construction Team (UCT) d. Two (2) Naval Construction Group Two
