- This is a Training Services Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide training to military members aboard The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE) Division, Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA. Please see attached Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement. Amendment N3943024Q005000001 includes updated clarifications to the Statement of Work. Question and Answers as well as a Past Performance Questionnaire document attached. Response due date has been extended from 04/25/2024 to 05/03/2024. 12:00 PST. Amendment N3943024Q005000002 includes proposal submission instructions as well as an instructional attachment: PIEE Solicitation Module Vendor Access Instructions.
