- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for a Non-Personal Healthcare Services, 1- General Surgery and 1-General Surgery (Nocturnist) for the Surgery Department.� The anticipated Period of Performance date for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 � Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.0M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1488778_785 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 29, 2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by May 15, 2024.� The acquisition is Buy Indian Set-Aside.
