Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue an RFP and award a Firm-Fixed Priced type contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2024. The requirement is to provide professional food services to furnish all labor, material, equipment, to prepare meals to feed approx. 17 Marines on a daily basis, including the holidays. Work includes cooking, washing dishes, maintaining the kitchen in a state of cleanliness to include all cooking appliances (stove, oven, cookware etc.), use of proper cleaning and sanitizing methods when preparing food, and the coordination of a nutritious menu with Mess Marine. Food is purchased separately by Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). It is anticipated that there will be one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years. RPSO intends to issue the solicitation package in May 2024. A single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract award is expected in June 2024, with a possible contract start date on July 01, 2024.
