Ft. (ABOA): 6,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Tenant Improvement Allowance - $40.29 This acquisition is being conducted using simplified procedures. Please refer to the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package attached to this notice for instructions on submitting an offer. A tour of properties will not be conducted prior to offers being received. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
